How I Track Hydration

Are you staying hydrated? I created my own favorite blend of herbs that I drink every day. I have a 4-cup mason jar that I know I need to drink twice in order to make sure I’m getting my minimum amount of liquids. It helps me keep track easily!

I steep the herbs twice, the first time is more flavorful of course, but the second time is really just to keep my hydration on track. Here’s a blog post about my herb concoction.
